Q: Do you offer a guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer a warranty of 1 to 5 years for our products.
Q: How do you handle faulty products?
A: Our products are produced under a strict quality control system, and the defect rate is less than 0.2%. If there are any defective products, please provide pictures or videos. Once our engineers confirm the quality issue, we will send replacement items with your next order.
