Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: We offer as low as 1 piece for available stock samples. Normally, we accept 500-1000pcs for customized branding. For neutral products and packaging, we can accept much smaller MOQs, starting from 100pcs.

A: We have a strict quality control system, including 100% aging testing before packaging. Quality is the lifeblood of our brand, and we manage every step from raw materials to the final product.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We recommend Trade Assurance. We also accept T/T, Western Union, Cash, D/P, D/A, and L/C as acceptable options.
Q: How do you handle shipments?
A: Usually by DHL, UPS, FEDEX, or TNT. For bulk orders, we ship by air or sea. All terms including EXW, DDU, DDP, FOB, and CIF are available.
Q: What is the average lead time for production?
A: We typically manufacture products within 30-45 days after design confirmation. Neutral products with neutral packaging may have a shorter lead time.
